Was on Pace for 59 Points, Not that I think he is a cap dump but he is a player honestly TB cant afford over the next 2 Years. TBL is pretty much forced to trade someone @ $4m+ AAV because of the resignings they need to do on Point, Sergachev, Cirelli & Cernak After 2020-2021. There simply is not enough space for them all

OTT declines both, no reason to take on dead weigh cap without getting substantial returns, add Cirelli to the killorn deal, add whalstrom or a first in the boychuck deal remove Paul and add a 5th to 7th rounder going to tampa.
