TBL and NYI need cap for RFA, ARI, VGK above cap etc. Which nhl team will make first move? When? Opinions?

I doubt there will be a trade wave, more likely just some trades & signings that trickle in over the next 2 months.

Vegas probably trades Martinez after Vatanen signs. ARI is fine without making a trade. TBL & NYI might be waiting awhile, since none of the other teams are in any rush to help them out. And Tampa Bay has the extra wrinkle of Alex Killeen being the only player they could move that doesn’t have a full NTC.
