You could have added overpaid goalies instead of 3 ELCs. I can name you at least 7 G.

Edmundson is a replacement level defenseman. Anderson is a 20 goal scorer when healthy, and one of an extremely rare breed of player in the NHL. Also there’s way more upside to Anderson.

I got you for a goalie! How about Price, it Bobrovsky? Those are pretty bad.

Leafs worse contract is Marner in my mind. I assume he will play into it though, so it isn't awful but it isn't great. Tavares will more than likely play out of his contract but it is reasonable also. So one of those 2 will be the contracts on the Leafs.

You could also put Bobrovski as your goalie.

Anderson hasn’t even played a game yet for mtl and you’re assuming it’s a bad contract. If he scores 20 or more goals which he will than it’s pretty good

Sharks I would place all 3 bad contracts
1. Marc-Eduard Vlassic.(he is a bottom pairing D man making 7 a year for 6 more years yikes)
2. Martin Jones. ( his term and length are the most palatable on this list but he’s eating up everything we have for starting Goalie making it impossible to pick up a better option at one of the NHL most important positions!)
3. Erik Karlsson (11.5 for 7 more years From a 30 year old (or soon to be) who has been injured every year for like 4 years. He has talent to turn the corner but it’s not going to happen)

He wasn’t signed to be a 3rd line player and were still not off the books from the Alzner contract. His buyout still costs us 3,958,333 this year I’m cap space. He’s our worst contract

Kessel's contract is worse than Hossa. Hossa is LTIR with $1M actual dollars and one year left. Kessel has 2 years with $10.2M actual dollars.

I think russell has earned every dime he’s made. I’d be crying on my couch for a week after taking just one of the shots he dives in front of constantly.

He's earned it through being an at-home defender, which there's nothing wrong with that. He can play big minutes, even though he's older, and I think he would be a good fit with Barrie.
