since Mikheyev initiated arbitration, we get to pick the term and have the right to decline the award. I really can't imagine him getting anything, he literally has ZERO precedent, and in 39 games with no prior seasons of experience, you can't give him a tangible amount of money

If his award is too high, we can just let him become a UFA, we aren't stuck with him if it is too high. I think the leafs prepared for that by acquiring so much depth.
