Polish a turd it’s still a turd. Between rask and okposo - you add significantly to the okposo side due to cost and length. Production on the 4th line is negligible. You can’t push “but my 4th liner scores more than that one.” Doesn’t matter. C is also a premium position compared to a wing.

C is premier if that C is good, as you said polished turd. Okposo has shown he can score more if given more TOI

not sure why but I just love that phrase. Both are underperforming big time for their contracts. I would argue that okposo is unperforming more so due to having a bigger and longer contract while being a Wing not a Center. Rask isn't great by any stretch, but right now, term and AAV are driving teams so Rask is the far better piece economically. He's still a turd, but in current climate, the polished one.
