Add in @Jfstompers suggestion of trading a pick to Seattle to take Myers, and that's almost 22M of cap space in two years to pay Hughes and pettersson. Then they sign the above amounts, but for eight years, not seven.

Boeser got a 2 year bridge deal at $6,000,000.

Tkachuk got a 3 year bridge deal at $7,000,000.

There's no chance Pettersson and Hughes take $4,000,0000 bridge deals.

Maybe $7,000,000 plus for 2 years, but that still doesn't solve the problem.
