I'd rather move C. Brown into that spot, move Tierney to 3rd line LW, Nick Paul to pivot on the 4th line and add Chlapik or Formenton to that line.
And is Tierney only signed to ONE year cause you plan on moving him at the trade deadline? If so, you might wanna put him with better line mates to pad his stats, no?
