For the Flyers the point of trading for Dumba would be to have more RHD not trade one to get him. Also as nice as it would be to add a RHD a defender would have to be exposed and the same thing would happen to Minny if im correct

I agree with you! I did this to start a conversation and i am absolutely dumbfounded that people think this offer for Barkov isn’t MORE than enough...cuz it is!

In this scenario, the Wild could easily do the 8 skaters and 1 goalie option for the expansion draft.

To asses it fairly, you need to take into consideration that the $6m was the contract he got after his entry level deal, so it says a lot he was given this deal vs a bridge deal.
