Lol Kane's not gonna waive to Pittsburgh

I don't think Pittsburgh has the assets to get Kane. If I'm Chicago, I want Guentzel in a deal and I doubt Pittsburgh goes for that. The only prospect of significant interest Pittsburgh has at this point is Poulin, so I doubt they can get close to the value of Kane.

That trade makes the pens worse now and worse in the future. It makes litterally no sense.

He's nowhere close to being a guy that makes you willing to move Patrick Kane

CHI gets two legit wingers for Dach. Solidifies top 6 and gets top 4 LHD prospect and a potential top 6 two way winger. Also forgetting the two picks.

Lol "wingers for Dach" doesn't mean that they're actual top six forwards. Poulin should be, Legare seems more like a bottom sixer to me (and to most). I don't see top four upside in POJ, I think he's a third pairing guy. He's a good skater and has a decent first pass, but he doesn't defend particularly well and doesn't lead the rush from the backend. Zucker and Rust are good players for sure and the picks are nice, but we're talking about Patrick Kane. He's a legit 100 point scorer in this league and this deal has Chicago getting nothing of substantial value that can make them be okay with dealing him.

Karlsson was 27 when he was traded. Got 2 1st round picks (0ne was conditional) and a bunch of really not that great.
Kane isn't getting that from the penguins.
