There was some pondering speculation by the DNVR guys wondering if Johnson is ready to go for January 1st and could be a LTIR guy to start the season. If they dont move out any money I could totally see that being the case. They dont have to be cap compliant until training camp starts, so they can just hold tight and be a few 100k over until then
