Would you do a Chaisson for Ghost swap? Im trying to get an idea on Ghosts value,

Honestly highly unlikely. In a normal world MAYBE. but with flat cap for the entirety of Ghosts contract, his 3 at 4.5 mill is to much to digest considering his poor year last year. He's more likely a Staal or KRussell kind of trade than a swap......Maybe a team looking to improve defence could do a equal money exchange for a forward....

With the depth that NSH has signed so far in FA, the Chiasson to NSH trades should be officially dead now.

Not a good fit cap wise or fit wise. Barrie makes any Ghost ideas redundant for the Oil imo. Not sure on his value in that sense. I would think a team like Detroit might be interested though, they do not have a true PP dman.

Honestly just did a quick depth chart and PP success search, and figured they could use some depth and a PP guy. Chiasson could go anywhere they could use him

Forsberg - Johansen - Arvidsson
FA/Trade - Duchene - Tolvanen
Jarnkrok - Sissons - Kunin
Trenin/Cousins - Cousins/Richardson - Grimaldi

Maybe even Tomasino or Pitlick getting a look.

I don't see Chiasson pushing any of those guys out of the lineup. They don't need to add depth on forward, they only need 1 top 6 forward and then they're likely done.
