I would say you need to patient, because Vegas has some major decisions to make first, which will cause a ripple effect through the league and definitely impact a team like the Islanders. Let's see what they do with Fleury and other pieces they'll have to move out and its cost of doing so. The Isles biggest issue might just be Andrew Ladd. I was a little surprised to see them not buy out anyone during the NHLs first buyout window. I would think the Sens would be an ideal target for whichever big-contract veteran the Isles decide, if and when, to move out.
