Dermott, Kerfoot are probs gone

The only ones that could make sense are Kerfoot, Engvall, Mikheyev and then Holl, Dermott -- with Dermott, Kerfoot, and Engvall being the most likely I think.

depends on how the leafs think is better. Holl is a RHD making 2M and 28, Dermott is a LHD that can play the right side making probably under 1.5 and 23

Especially Kerfoot, not that he is a bad player but his cap hit vs what he brings makes him the player leafs should try to move. He's also not the ideal player for a defensive centre role for the bottom six.

Both Mikheyev and Dermott will get a good deal more than that in arbitration. Don’t see why Mikheyev would sign for less than $1.75M — have to be plenty of teams who would offer sheet him around that mark too.

Agree with @MaxDomi13 above that Dermott and Kerfoot are likely the guys who get pushed out. Unless Dubas prefers Kerfoot over Mikheyev.

They also need to sign Joey Anderson. I assume he gets league min for 2 years. so 725k cap. Maybe they send 2 of Engvall, Barabanov, Boyd, Anderson down (maybe Robertson) and they are cap compliant.

It's a lot more comfortable if they trade Kerfoot though for a cheaper, grittier type of 3rd centre. Bennett and Acciari are the guys I am looking at.
