A little off topic but 1 thing i'm puzzled by is why keep Erne over Ehn?

Evgeny Svechnikov is out of waiver options so he has to be on the team or traded, Doubt Brome makes it he'll stay overseas. 3 year deal takes Bertuzzi to free agency not happening. Team is only slightly better then last years team.

If I had to wildly speculate, more likely to be willing to stay within the organisation longterm. Ehn will probably end up carving out a good career in the SHL, Erne could, but if they manage to keep him between AHL and NHL over the years, and give him a reasonable guaranteed salary he would be good for the organisation as a whole.
