Interesting move.. assuming Tampa is the same caliber team next year as the past two, is the 20 - 31 OA enough to take 4 years of 5 million?

Johnson is still a very serviceable player, but taking this contract potentially gets in the way when Dach, Kubalik and Boqvist are all looking for new deals.

Not that I think this trade will actually occur, but I'd still trade Saad with 50% retained @ the TDL. There's $6M for next year and (unfortunately) who knows who might be on LTIR. Hard to judge two years away.
