It's best to be out in front of it.
Teams like TOR and TB have added pressure on them to move cap now.

Toffoli would probably be a better fit than Hall IMO.
We don’t even know if Peeke and Berni are ready yet, so that leads me to believe he is going for a D man too.
Sergachev would be good.
