As a Detroit fan I'm agreeing with a Hab's fan and it's about Mantha.

This S@#T here needs to stop! After part one of the lottery draft there were more posts from users happy that Detroit didn't get the 1st than there were from LA and Ottawa fans happy they were in the top 3. On this site it really is Detroit vs every one else. Not saying you have to agree but at least keep it civil.

So I’m going to break this down in a constructive way.

Mantha over his last 82 games has 30G and 42A while driving offense on one of the worst teams ever. Nothing in that offer is even remotely getting me interested in moving him. If you’re worried he won’t be productive when we are competing then you trade him in a year or two for a much better package.

Zadina’s most common linemates are some combination of Filppula, Helm, Nielsen, Glendening, and Erne. Yet he was still .54 P/G while improving at the age of 20. Trying to sell him for a second rounder is laughable. Does he need to improve? Yes, his skating and strength notably but let’s remember he is 20 and just had a nice offseason. Calling him a bust makes me think you didn’t watch any of last season and are just stat watching without really doing any research at that.

Yeah Raymond or Rossi is what I wanted. After part one of the lottery I was pretty high on Raymond but in the last week or so I was leaning more toward Rossi. I'm glad we didn't end up with Askarov or Sanderson at #4

I think I would of preferred Rossi for the Wings but yeah I'm glad they passed on Sanderson and Askarov too, already have a nice stable of D prospects and honestly goalies can be found elsewhere fairly easily.

Mantha could get more and your Hudon can slide into the top.line is untealistic. Hudon this year had 2 point sin 15 games, what are you talking about. You say Mantha never scored 30 goals in a season, what makes you think Hudon will even come close He would never get 20 goals in 82 games.

Zadina is a bust? He is a 21 year old who was having a good season when he was hurt and out for the season. Do you even know anyrhing about the Wings?

Why am I a cry baby because I want the Detroit fans to get along? But I don't expect you to understand you can't even grasp the concept of a team not wanting to trade a player. It's been what 2 or 3 weeks since our last discussion and with all time you come back at me with cry baby I was expecting more especially after 3 weeks.
