It’s RFA rights, not UFA rights. Compensation would be minimally a 1st and 3rd if you offer sheet, but this way you can get 6 or 7 years on a deal without compensation increasing.

2RD is a bigger need than 3RW, and they don't have the cap space to make big additions at both spots. Probably don't have the cap space for Strome in general if he's asking for more than about 4M.
