I think NSH could get a better return. Bonino has been good, Russell would be a bottom pairing player for them obviously. BOS deal still doesn’t make sense for me as a B’s fan, I know it’s been rumored but I don’t see how it helps the B’s at all

Can someone, anyone explain why the Bruins would Trade Bjork for Chaisson?

Chaisson had 2 more goals in 7 more games. TWO GOALS. Bjork is under control for three more years at a good number. He is coming off his best and healthiest season. He just turned 24.

Chaisson cost more, produces the same and is 30 and under team control for 1 season. It makes no sense. Nick Ritchie who they aquired at the deadline is a better and younger version of Chaisson.

IF the Bruins were to make this deal it would be a 2nd rd pick included. I don't see why EDM would do that? They would be better off hoping he has another freak season and they can get an overpay at deadline. He isn't that good. He isn't. He is a bottom six. Bjork has top 6 potential. He is also currently plays at a 3rd line winger level.

It would be like the Bruins trading Chris wagner to you for a someone like Tyler Benson. It doesn't make any sense.
