The wrong side of 30, or unproven youngsters won’t get a 22 year old that just spent the last three seasons as a legit all situation number one d man for a cup contender. Those guys don’t get moved for a reason.

Started drinking early today, did we?

I didn’t propose any trade in this thread... but I can put together a group of three for mcavoy where the bruins would be absolutely stealing from the hawks to show you what a terrible take that is. Dach, Kubalik and Debrincat for example. Stop being so biased for your own players.

Oh and Debrincat is about as proven as McAvoy is with his 41 goal 76 point season and Kubalik paced for 36 as a rookie and unlike McAvoy made it into the top 3 for calder voting.

How about his 18 goals this year?
Debrincat hasn’t played an important NHL game in his career.
That Calder is a cute little trophy that he was in the running for, but I don’t see how it really matters at all. The bruins aren’t trading their best player who is 22 freaking years old for an undersized winger.

Kane's Post 30 career will most likely be twice as good as McAvoy's entire career. He already has a 3rd place for Art Ross and a 2nd place for Lindsay...

Eh. I don’t think the bruins are trading their best player who is all of 22 given how much success they’ve had since he joined the team, despite not winning the cup.

They probably should. He clearly can't perform in big games seeing as he couldn't win them the cup.

Oh I'm not even interested in that trade. Strome and Debrincat > McAvoy and Kase.

Man. Looks like 30 teams have useless rosters, right?

What a silly way to look at things.

Well you said Debrincat never played an important game in his life and McAvoy lost all the important games in his career so what's your point

I would think that game 6 of the Stanley cup final was import, wouldn’t you? Facing elimination and all that. How about the multiple game 7’s he’s won?

He was actually the best player on the ice in game 7. Couldn’t drag the rest of them along with him.

Anyway, you seem to have blown a logic circuit, so I’ll leave you be.

So than since the "rest of them" couldn't perform in big games, that must mean that Bergeron, Marchand, and Pastrnak can't perform in big games.
