I actually disagree. Waddell knows there's a market for Reimer because he makes 850k in actual money and is a .914 goalie. You can get a 2nd + 3rd for him in a bidding war.

Yeah, teams aren’t going to pay that for a backup. They’ll be lucky if they get a 3rd.

I’m a sens fan and I hope they could get him for less or even go the UFA route and sign a goalie without giving up any assets. But with the amount of picks the Sens have and how cheap he is I think the Sens could overpay bc they are the cheapest time money wise but Reimer is still a good fit

Uhm, yeah he is.

Any team trading for him very likely would be planning to use him as such. He was a backup in FLA and although used as a 1B in CAR, he was still a backup to Mrazrk.
