Description

Trying to figure out a 3 way deal where the Rangers end up with Eichel, the Wild end up with Zibanejad, and the Sabres end up with Dumba +
Help appreciated.

Sabres decline, then both probably decline. I'd personally rather keep Eichel for 5 (or 6, don't remember how much longer the deal is) years than Zib for 2, and then he could walk

I was trying to put together a 3 way deal. I dont think it worked very well though because what i had them giving up and what they ended up with isn’t completely equitable. It’s close though.

I don't think it's close at all, unfortunately... three firsts, our best prospect, and Dumba for Zin, Chytil, and a first. That doesn't work. In fact, if we had to give up so much to get Eichel, why do we get so little in return for him?

Also, if that's not enough to get Eichel, then no one is getting him.

The BUF trade doesn't do anything for them. They give up a 1C and get a guy they already have with Risto, picks, and a winger prospect. All this does is restart the rebuild they've been in for the last decade.

To get BUF interested offer up something like JEE+Fiala+Kunin+Boldy/1st to get Eichel.
