But you really don't believe any Tampa Bay player is going to waive his NTC do you? If you truly believe it fine. but other players from other teams have their reasons. P{lease I would love to hear any valid reason why these Tampa players will waive. IMO just wishful thinking from Tampa fans so they can make up their fantasy rosters.

Only one player waived...Staal. Two other trades recently the players had modified NTC which allowed the trades.
