Since when is virtanen and roslovic almost 4 million dollar players, why are we spending 10+ mil on these 3 useless guys that are likely not gonna live up to their contracts.

I’d rather Labanc for 3.5 than those 3 and then just get a different player to finish the top 6

Then we just use the rest of the money on a goalie and D + depth

We have differing opinions on the players obviously. I think Roslovic and Virtanen add much-needed speed and right-handed shots. The value of adding 3 RW's at around that price and term makes them serviceable right now, really valuable if they grow which is likely, and tradeable assets down the line if they so choose. I wouldn't mind Labanc sticking around but I think he's a liability in his own end. The last thing the sharks need right now is a guy like Toffoli locked to big money that will give them another contract that's hard to move. Idk how you think adding 3 players with the ability to put up 30-45 points is useless. Also, good luck solidifying the Goalie depth with Jones still around, the best bet is to bring back Dell who had a strong .907 behind a bad team last year, and hope Jones is rested and recovered behind hopefully a more structured defense. I'd rather add one depth blueliner and expand Ferrao's instead of adding more mediocre blueliners. Obviously, we have a different perspective on how this team should be built but thanks for the opinion!
