Well, there's 0% chance we actually sign him. LeBrun was speculating possible landing spots but I have no doubt that BT is going to avoid committing 8.5/9 mil for 7 years, only gaining 2-3 years of performance for 4-ish years of a boat-anchor contract. We are not in a "win now" window by any means.

Not really, we would be put back into the exact same position of having only one RHD signed, so this trade makes no sense for us. If were talking just position and not player value, Ras plays the most valuable position for the Flames currently.
