Wennberg has been rumoured to be bought out by CBJ. A lot of those guys could be well into their 30s at the end of their contracts. I think it would be a bit risky imo.

Well we roll into the expansion draft with Pesce and Slavin protected then the best performer of Fleury and Skjei. We have a standing deal with Hamilton post expansion draft. We let Seattle take one of Gardiner, Skjei/Fleury, and Bean. We still have a top 5 defense in the league without having to pay Seattle to take a specific player.

If Bean, beats out Gardiner in camp then you look at moving Gardiner. I dont think we'll see that. Or we could move Bean for more offense help.

I reflected the Bobby Ryan buyout in this AGM, by creating a potential all buyout team. You seem to get the idea but some of the idiots that comment on this type of stuff don’t seem to get it.
