Description

Bottom 6 takes a hit but fill it out with hard working prospects and veterans to help them through. Robertson can be better than Nylander so let him develop top 6 when Willy is gone for a top dman. Honestly our wingers are good it’s just the 3C spot that looks questionable but I think Hallander will be fine, if not switch him with Spezza or sign Thornton. Defense becomes our strong suit arguably the best top 4 in the league.

With Alex Iafallo and Adrian Kempe our two primary LWs, I doubt we would spend a 2020 third on a guy we'd only have to expose in the expansion draft (or who would cause us to have to expose another one of our young forwards).

At this point I have no idea who Dubas is going for. He might shock the world and trade for Ekblad or go predictable and sign Pitrangelo in FA who knows. I know one thing though both aint happening

It's not just that it's the fricking value. The 62 and the 64 in a deep draft for a guy who couldn't play center behind two of the best in the world.
