LOL. Your giving the sharks a bottom six forward, a rental goalie and you want us to pay a 30 goal player 3.5 a year for 5 years to play on your team. Utter delusion

Sharks aren’t retaining for that long and it is a pointless move for the leafs. Just keep Johnsson.

Can we as a Cap Friendly community get together and stop with the Nylander for Dumba trades? They're starting to get boring. The moment I see a Wild/Leafs trade I'm like, "let me guess, Nylander for Dumba."

Hard to say what Demko will bring in. Certainly depends on interest.

The sharks trade is just dumb. Move Andersen for what you can get. Keep Holl Buf doesn’t play hockey anymore. Leafs don’t move that first in the wild trade.

I mean even after my edits I don’t think I would do it but @laudan might like it.

I know the lottery will be an issue for them, but Nucks technically don't have to move Demko if they re-signed Markstrom, so I'm thinking they'd want a half decent return for him.

Him being by far the most affordable (caphit) out there as an option, give Nucks a bit of bargaining power.

I agree but he would be due for a big raise next year... hopefully.

He is an unproven commodity. A few good playoff games doesn’t make you an instant starter.

I started trading for him a while back when his value was lower.

I think this might be a bit low for him now but I don’t know how much higher the price goes.

There is also the Benning factor, so no way to accurately predict.

The leafs are underpaying in every trade except for the Minnesota one.

Dumba had one of the worst seasons of his career and that was coming off a massive injury that kept him out for most of the season the year before. He is also mostly offensive and although he can hit he doesn't really have a good defensive game imo. Not the guy I would target if I'm Toronto. I think the most I would give up for that package from Minnesota is Nylander and a 3rd.
