It won’t take as much as people think to pry OEL away from AZ. They shed salary and acquire more draft picks.
Plus Zboril was a first round pick in 2015. And Grizz is a capable D.
Moving Ritchie was a salary dump and making room for Trent Frederic.
Same with Moore. Added a pick because he’s has three more years left on his deal but he’s played there before and can log minutes.
Toffoli is the big ticket RW we’ve all been crying for over the last so many years. Finally in Krejci’s last year of his deal he gets a solid RW. Kase might eventually be good enough for top six minutes.
This gives us 3 solid scoring lines.
Vaakanainen and Studnicka can get call up duty throughout the season as needed.
One last hurrah with Chara and possibly Krejci and a Rask.
