Kessel trade is mine based on what Arizona gave up to get him:
Alex Galchenyuk and Pierre-Olivier Joseph
Kahun had 12 goals, 31 pts in 56 games this past year.
Galchenyuk had 19 goals, 41 pts in 72 games the year he was traded.

Oops, I meant for Domi to be 3rd line center.
I redid the trade a little and forgot to move him.
I will do it now.
BTW, I agree this could be a really good team.
Virtanen is not Reinhart, but Kahun is not Kessel.
With four solid centers and Cozens and Mittelstadt drafted as centers it could be a season to be excited.

The comment on the 2nd thread you posted sums up my thoughts. Domi is a center and has a higher ceiling than Reinhart. You have to remember a lot of Reinhart's points are a product of Eichel and Domi brings grit that Reinhart does not.

OK, here is the bottom line Sam for Max straight up is close.

Maybe Bergevin would add Mete to cut the cap, then add a pick as a sweetener.

If I got could get Domi and Mete for Reinhart, I would be a happy camper.
The picks would be the icing on the cake.

I reverted the trade.
You may be correct as I put Cozens with Jack instead.
Phil has a huge upside, I felt with four good centers and Phil this could be a contender to make the playoffs.
But maybe Dylan could be a 60 pt RW and Kahun could shore up the left side.
Maybe we add Koivu and do not need Beagle, or not sign Girgensons and keep both Beagle and Koivu.
Regardless, Adams will have a good hand to play:
One of the top prospects possible breaking into the NHL next year along with Mittelstadt and Thompson.
Six solid defensemen.
A healed Hutton and improved Ullmark who knows.
