Trying out some ideas and moving contracts

Description
Tampa's kept on being good in recent years by offloading their good-but-not-great secondary pieces to restock on draft picks and prospects - which they eventually turn into even more good secondary players. Let's see if they can keep doing exactly that. Maybe Wpg needs something more back? I figured maybe Gourde would accept staying in Florida if it meant a bigger role? Johnson might want to choose where to go, maybe it's implied Ana let's him leave in the expansion draft?

In reality these contracts - specifically the NM clauses, will probably turn out to be more problematic. They might have to move a guy like Cirelli, sadly.

Not a lot of sense for the Ducks to pick up Johnson. While I'm sure a bigger role would help him up the point total, I don't see how it fixes the Ducks problems on D, and pushes them up to the cap.

With Gourde, I know there's been mixed messages re: the Panthers cutting payroll, and I do think he'd be a fine addition, but with their situation, I can't see them adding a player at $5 mil that isn't Dadonov/Hoffman (The devil they know), while having so many other RFA's/UFA's left unsigned.

Ducks also cant afford to move their only young RW for a win-now player
