I don't see Vegas trading Glass. If anything they're more likely to trade Krebs, as Glass is closer to NHL ready.

That said, there would need to be more coming back from Vegas. Glass for Dumba value-wise might be even, if it doesn't favor Vegas. Taking on Fleury for two years on top is a lot to ask.

I would think a draft pick. I don’t know a ton about Krebs other than he got a brutal injury his draft year.

I really can’t see them trading either. We desperately need them to develop into our top 2 centers more than anything else. Krebs might even be better than Glass. Regardless we pass

How about Karlsson then if you need 2? If the rumblings are true and Vegas wants to shake things up and get some really good pieces back, Glass or Krebs will be at the center if the deal. No point in letting them develop on the big club when they don’t have a top 6 spot and they are gunning for a cup.

Krebs can also wing, so if shaking is what the want to do you move Stastny and Marshy.

VGK shouldn’t move Glass or Krebs as their ELCs will be extremely beneficial. Vegas can just use a team like Detroit as a middle man to retain on Flower.

Their contracts are definitely big reasons to keep them, aside from potential. Aside from the big Dumba trade, I would like to be in on Flower. Stalock for Flower +? The Wild can take on the full salary and I think they’d be willing to do so.

I guess it depends on that + with Flower.

I agree thats who they should move, but its hard to see somebody giving anything of value for a $6 mil C in his 30s that a cup contender is giving up on. If you think Glass is the guy to replace him immediately and drive them to a cup, then I'm glad we are looking at the right guy and I'll be rooting for you in the playoffs. If you are keeping Glass/Krebs for potential then I don't understand the Petro talk because that doesn't win you a cup today, and Vegas sure can.
