That’s a no from Columbus. We aren’t moving Korpisalo unless he is part of a trade for a 2nd line center .... wennberg’s buyout is 400k for 3 years and 900k for the final 3 seasons.... if someone wants him sure, but we aren’t paying that much to dump him...

Fair enough. I thought you guys had Dubois as your 2nd line centre. I figured draft picks would be enough to get Korpisalo and take the Wennberg contract to free up cap. Sounds like you don't need to be clear of that contract.

PLD is the number 1 center. Would we like to move Wennberg, yes. But I also don’t see us paying that much to move him, I’ve seen some trades for him going to Arizona for Stephan and trades like that. Wennberg has shown flashes as being a good middle 6 forward, he’s just slightly over payed for the little amount of offense he had, though he did have a pretty good playoff for Columbus.
