Huge piece of the team but I don't think he's a big part of the leadership group. Pretty quiet, reserved guy. I would say its between tarasenko and ROR - Vladdy was rumored to be a little more motivated to be a leader after Army chose Petro when Backes left. IMO it'll be ROR if they select an immediate replacement.

O'Reilly is the natural choice but he's only been here for two years. Give him at least one more to wait and then he get's Steen's A.

And Steen's earned it and been the ultimate team player. And it's only for a year.

Not really, I just can't see any scenario where ROR doesn't get it. I definitely see Parayko with an A and a C after ROR is gone.
