Saw a twitter post weeks ago that there was discussion between the two for mid-level LW/RW swap.

I don’t like it. Understand it, but can get just as much production from Bjork who is cheaper, younger, more upside, plays both wings. Probably get just as much from Senyshyn if he was used at RW3.

Haha it’s not that bad of a deal. I will admit it can favour Edmonton but that’s not a slam dunk one sided trade. I understand why don’t want it to happen but it’s a deal a year from now would forget about completely. Rather insignificant deal considering everything else both teams should be more concerned about.

But I feel it is an automatic loss for the bruins. Bjork has term and a lower cap hit, and has more potential.

I get that. Can respect it but don’t think even if it happens it’s worth getting upset over. Every gm will loose a trade from time to time if that’s the trade that got away your doing very good. Just small difference in what each can bring to the team. Chiasson can improve pp he’s actually very good in that area so it’s not like it’s a complete throw away deal. Just don’t let this rumour bug ya.

Sounds like a Haggs or Murphy rumor. Which means lets throw it out there and watch evetyone laugh.

Its the off-season and "writers" are going to throw random crap out there and revisit previous things to keep content flowing. They need clicks/views to make money.

The author of that article posted it in one of the Bruins fans' group I am on FB; most people said no and he was trying to convince them. I think this is more of an idea by that person. And that Stauffer tweet is just something he thought about " "I could see a trade "so I wouldn't really give importance.

Maybe Bjork gets dealt but not for a bottom-6 winger
