for TBL it's easily Kucherov.
He does the same thing almost every time he touches the puck: skate half-speed, try to make a flashy move, turn the puck over, and go for a line change.

Hes bad defensively. But not at the level of these guys

McDavid, Hall, Toews and Scheifele have no business being in this group.

As a Caps fan, Kuznetsov definitely warrants consideration as being the worst defensive forward in the league right now. I haven't seen enough of a lot of these guys and paid close enough attention to their defensive games to give legit input, but I'd give it to Laine right now.

Not really crazy to think. If I do a expansion draft and I can have 1 player in the league I take MacKinnon. (Partially because of contract)

I was actually surprised to see that Kovalchuk had a higher xDEF than Danault. His defense mightve been bad in his prime, but hes taken a step back offensively and played some defense to help out the team

Kyle Connor is worse then Scheifele defensively but I’m not suprised at all of how bad they both are. If I had to guess I would expect Scheifele to somewhat improve defensively but i doubt Connor will
