I think the Wings will give Rasmussen a chance to play in the NHL more before moving him. Maybe that’s after another year in the AHL, but it’s too soon to give up on him and trade him. He was 5 points away from being 3rd on Grand Rapids with ~15 less games played than most of his teammates. Good start for a guy adjusting to the AHL and still filling out his 6’6” frame.
