Oilers hang up the phone, Kerfoot isnt even worth close to that and he is not Right handed either, guy can win a draw if his life depended on it.

I really like Fleury, but if you told me he’d get 1 year of Andersen, a prospect and two 2nds, well then, I’d trade him.

Leafs pass on all this nonsense, except the Edmonton trade for obvious reasons

Kapanen legit got a 1st and a prospect and Kerfoot is better than him. You guys are lacking offensive fire power and kerfoot would slot perfectly as a 3rd line C.

You should keep him if he is that good, or ask for 2 firsts

Thats just ridiculous. We're cap strapped as it is and we need the extra cash to sign our futures like Sandin, Robertson and Rielly. He wont get a sniff in the top 6 unless there is injury and will likely be a 3rd line player for his career in toronto. There are cheaper options out there and while I admit Kerfoot is a player who could play on a second line I dont see him out battling Nylander or Mikheyev who gels perfectly on the second line. Lets be real bud you want Jujhar Khaira on ur 3rd line forever?

Kapanen got a first so I think Kerfoot should demand one as well.

He'd be a better fit on your team. Why would I trade Murray for Holl though thats just an insanely bad trade for you.

That’s kind of ridiculous. Kapanen shows a lot of potential to be a top 6 forward and even than the price seemed high. Kerfoot isn’t as good as Kapanen and doesn’t have the upside as Kapanen. You should consider yourself lucky to get a 2nd for him

You clearly havent watched either Kapanen or Kerfoot play. As a leafs fan Kerfoot showed promise this post season while kapanen struggled. May I also mention Kapanen has not been able to maintain a top 6 roll in his 3 seasons with the maple leafs? Kerfoot is also approaching the prime ages of 27 and I think its extremely idiotic to claim hes only worth a 2nd.
