Raymond falling that far would be crazy and be an absolute steal for Carolina. Bourque probably gets picked earlier, but Vegas would make out like bandits if he drops that far

If Lundell isn't available at 10 for Winnipeg, Jarvis is my next selection 100%. Also doesn't hurt that he is from Winnipeg lol.
