There was a rumor is Dougie for Anderson 1for1.
I figured throwing in mzarek and a 2nd for Nylander would make it easier for them to pull the trigger.
Chicago is in need of a netminder, so why not mzarek? Plus they pick up a good Defensive forward with speed and reliable on penalty kill for potentially a 5th. If not they get both players for a first. Seems fair to me.

Yeah, I don't really get the Freddie to Carolina rumors. Doesn't seem like an affordable move without sending back someone big, but at the same time, I don't think Carolina should be sending Hamilton or Pesce when defense wasn't their problem.
