I think it is time for Bergevin to be fired by the owners and someone competent hired to clean up his mess.

Best GM in the league! wink
    Seriously, he's more than competent.
Also the guy would crush any other GM on a 1-on-1 fight.

    Here’s the problem, he’s a genius.
Every time there is something large to add he does it.
We need centres, he picks kk and trades for Suzuki ✅
We need to move on from Pacioretty, he acquires Tatar who is a fan favourite/solid player and suzuki✅
We need a locker room/ attitude change, he trade chucky for domi✅
Last draft we need a sniper, he drafts cole caufield ✅
We need a backup to take pressure off of price, gets allen✅
Our lhd prospects sucked, then he gets Romanov, norlinder,Harris,✅
He keeps extending his time and reputation by getting the major criticisms done. We haven’t been successful but a couple of years price has been hurt, last year missed by two points and this year beat Pitts and was in every game against Philadelphia.
    HES A GENIUS

Yes, but trading Ehlers isn’t the answer. He’s an amazing player on a great contract for 5 more years. Trading him would just create a new problem

I was just trying to find a good fit for a western team to trade him (any idea?)
First team that came in mind was VAN because they are a relatively fast team which is Byron number one quality

I agree but trading him would finally give Vesalainen a proper chance to crack the top 6

Probably but seems like one of Laine or Ehlers will be traded so you better start to grieve right about now since you gonna lose one of them lol

No we aren’t. Jets fans went through 6 years of pain to get good players Chevy won’t just trade them. It makes absolutely no sense

Guess we'll see in the next few months
Problem is not many UFA willingly wants to go to Winnipeg so Chevy better starts making some moves or you will be stuck on neutral forever (as a Chevy lol)

At the very least he moves 10. I doubt you go into next season without a 2c

Why? It gives Tampa cap flexibility which they are craving for and also get a puck moving D prospect that wont cost much. Coburn, Schenn, Bogosian are getting old AF

Really like this lineup. Love the Ehlers, OEL and Killorn acquisitions. I would do without kivalchuk and roussell however. Move Arturri up to the 3rd line with KK and Armia. That Killorn - Suzuki - Ehlers Line would be great I

Actually if Drouin would have played at the level expected, this would not have been a bad trade
Habs were desperate for offensive forwards, and still are so not sure if Habs would be better with Sergachev at this moment than they are with Drouin
