What rule changes would you like to see in the NHL? Below are a few of mine to speed up the game and keep it going.

1. Icings - Tie at the dots should wave off the icings
2. Icings - Should be waved off on missed passes (like the old days)
3. Video Review - Should not take more than 1 minute. if you can't determine it after looking at it once or twice then the call on the ice stands
4. Offside - Should be the plane of the blue line and not looking to see if it was offside by a hair on video review
