clearing cap is much easier mid way through the season. If someone gets hurt we put them on LTIR. If not, we can trade Steen/Allen to a team who needs depth guys. Also bridging Dunn is an option instead of going long term. Maybe 2 x 3.75 or something

Leafs fans absolutely know how weak they are on right side and most have pined for Parayko for two years now. Problem with every Leafs and Blues trade idea is they both are looking for cap space. Any Parayko to Toronto trade would require a third team, one with cap space and preferably a need at the goaltender position
