Description
Let me know what you think.

Cirelli is a future top-line center. I think he would accept that contract, as he gets a nice payday and is able to go to free agency as soon as the deal ends. Also I don't think Tampa can match it because of their cap troubles.

Khudobin is a stop-gap goalie before Kähkönen can take the number 1 job. He is capable of playing at least 35 games in a high level and also speaks Russian so Kaprizov can feel more comfortable.

Buying out Dubnyk saves money and opens up a spot for Kähkönen to play in.

MIN
  1. Gavrikov, Vladislav [Droits de RFA]
Détails additionnels:
Pateryn is not super far behind from Gavrikov and Greenway is a nice, gritty addition to Columbus' lineup.
CBJ
  1. Greenway, Jordan [Droits de RFA]
  2. Pateryn, Greg
Détails additionnels:
A friend for Kaprizov + sending Pateryn away. Greenway is a sweetener.
2.
MIN
  1. Choix de 3e ronde en 2021 (SJS)
Détails additionnels:
A capable backup with a super cheap contract. Trading him gets the Wild back to the 3rd round after offer sheeting Cirelli.
SJS
  1. Stalock, Alex
Détails additionnels:
Stalock could replace Dell. This is a trade that could be done with many teams, though, so if SJ declines, Wild offers it to Philly or something.
3.
MIN
  1. Turris, Kyle
Détails additionnels:
Wild needs centers. Both are in decline, but this move helps Wild in positional need.
NSH
  1. Zuccarello, Mats
Détails additionnels:
Both have identical contracts. Zuccarello is a slightly better player though.

I'd love Cirelli but offer sheets aren't very realistic.

Not sure if Columbus takes that, I'm pretty sure they're high on Gavrikov but I could be wrong. Kahkonen needs to marinate more in the AHL, so don't make the SJS trade and have Al return as our backup.

I'm so desperate to see just a championship that I'll even take a guarantee 25 years in making.

I'm convinced that Zuccarello won't waive for a NSH trade.

The offer sheet is too low. I think Cirelli will be in the 10M+ range given how few top line centers there are in the league.

You might be able to get a prospect and a third for Stalock.

That’s a hard no from Columbus. Gavrikov is a top 4 LHD... we are going to need him.

Respect, I must say that I have not scouted him as much as a Columbus fan probably has. What would you add to make it work?

I also don't know if Zucc waives I just hope so. Also, I don't think Cirelli commands that much considering that a) he has only two good, whole years under his belt and b) there is no way Tampa can pay that especially with the flat cap.

I personally don't like the idea of playing the best goalie in the AHL in there for another season. He has played through that level and really has nothing left to accomplish. He is ready for about 30 NHL-games. Also, with his new contract he needs to be waived so, Wild can't bounce him around the leagues.

Honestly... nothing. Columbus has no reason to want to move Gavrikov. He will be the 3rd defenseman we protect from Seattle with Werenski and Jones. Murray and Savard are both UFAs following the season. So if you want to move a top 6 center sure, but I don’t think MIN would make that trade for who would be on the 3rd pair for them.

But Cirelli doesn't have to sign the 6M offer sheet if he thinks he's worth more. And he should think that given what Marner is getting paid. Center is a much more critical role and mire rare than wing in today's NHL. If we or Tampa won't offer 10M, someone else will. I could see him holding out even.
