So this is based on the fact that I can't see any of our guys with NTC's waiving as they are on a cup contender in tax-free state. No way we can sign our big 3 RFAs, so imo you have to keep Sergachev since he is potentially an elite defenseman. You also have to keep Cernak since big, reliable, right-handed defensemen are hard to come by.

If Kapanen is worth a mid 1st, Killorn is worth a 1st as well. IF we have to throw in a prospect, so be it.
Paquette is just a cap dump.
Cirelli is either offer-sheeted or traded since we have a ton of forward and center depth. Preferably traded for a young cost-controlled NHL player on an ELC.
Volkov (or maybe ABB) are ready for NHL mins and should help replace the loss of Killorn.
