St. Louis needs to move a RD not a LD. And adding more cap means they also lose petro. This trade only makes sense for NY. I'd ask what you'd want for Faulk but most people saw his decline in regular season and ignore what he did in postseason to want him

I'd take that deal. It makes sense for both teams. Veteran presence on your blue line that compliments your core. Standford rounds out the forward group and a second in this year's draft has potential. Kreids helps blues on offense.

So do the Rangers, they should keep Strome.

Exactly as you said, the Jets need a good 2C. That is why the Jets wouldn't be interested in Strome.
