He's definitely underrated, however I still feel as if offering that much is extremely unnecessary. I think we could get him for less

less on an offersheet? probably not. He's worth the high AAV and compensation though - if TBL make him available in a trade(unlikely) , hes worth at least 1st and an A prospect.
