If the eight overall pick is good enough to get Cirelli I think that’s all Buffalo would need to do. Barkov is a star, but keeping those pieces and adding Cirelli makes Buffalo a better team.

They may ask for a Kings ransom but that doesn't mean they will get it. If their RFAs want to maximize dollars on their contracts and their NMCs won't waive this may be the best they can get.

Wow talk about over exaggeration. He only had 18 picks and less than half were defensemen, only 8.

I completely agree.
While it may be enough for Barkov or as BCAPP believes not enough, it takes away Buffalo's depth and we know where that led Buffalo.
