Andersen isn't better than Jarry, and it makes no sense for Pittsburgh to trade a younger more valuable goalie for a rental who is just as good as their starter.

Pens need a faster 3C than jumbo joe, even though I love him. Rutherford said this team will get younger. Thornton isn’t an example of that. Same with Bogo. Pass on both of them.

I really do not get these Murray/Andersen swaps. Andersen's value will be lower because he is a UFA the following summer and we are in another goalie debacle. Thats also $5M against the cap where it can be used elsewhere.

Toronto would never take the deal. Anderson is a solid goalie and has held a starting job for two different teams. He would be even better if Toronto had a mediocre defense. I don't think Murray is even worth 1-1 with Anderson right now and I am a Pens fan.

Id argue that Freddie was the most valuable player to the Leafs this postseason.
Small Sample Size but 1.84 GAA, with a 0.936 SV% was excellent
Even smaller sample size Murray's 2.5GAA and 0.914SV% is worse than Andersen's (and his regular season was worse than Andersen's, but considering his dad passed away, we could consider it a wash)

I also think it's too early to start the Jarry > Andersen theories. He had a good season in a contract year.

Kings pretty easily decline that trade. They have no use for Simon, and it's going to cost more than a 3rd to get them to take on Johnson's contract. I honestly don't think they'd take it even if you offered a 1st.
