There have been some AGMs where Byram has been traded, because in the words of the creators of these AGMs, the Avs do not need both Byram AND Makar. Which I tend to agree with.
So if you were Joe Sakic, what would you do? Trade one of them for a massive amount of assets or one big asset? Or keep both of them and deal Johnson or Cole?
So, if you were building a team from scratch, and you had a choice between Makar and Byram for the leader of the D core, who would it be?
Considering both questions, who do you think I should more valuable, Cale Makar or Bowen Byram?*

*This counts as potential, too, since if it was right now, Makar would win about 50-1(there are always trolls)

why cant they keep both? i understand maybe trading him for more up front but you have byram whos supposed to be a star and makar who looks great thats a solid pairing for YEARS

I would trade Girard before trading Byram.
